Sandy McKinley is the successful host of Acre of Roses, a stunning country property in the town of Trentham, near Daylesford in Victoria. Built on an acre a short stroll from the cafes and boutiques, Acre of Roses has a working rose farm, a Potting Shed you can stay in plus a heritage cottage with all the sophisticated country vibes.
Last year, Airbnb rated Sandy in the top 10 of Hosts in Australia. With a background as a high flying marketing guru before she became a host, we thought Sandy would be a great person to talk to about how we can make the most of our businesses in these sometimes lacklustre “in-between” seasons. We sat down with Sandy for a video chat.
